The research project aims to challenge the conventional ways of the culinary world through uses of advanced technologies like 3D Food Printing.  

Our project was a collaborative effort of GGLabLuis Fraguada and Chef Paco Morales. We were invited to present our research at 2012 'Future in the Making' Domus Exhibition during Milan Design Week and at 'Adhocracy' Istanbul Design Biennale 2012.
